At Parish Schools at Gloucester and Leicester. 1857, Catechist to the Niger Mission. 1869, August 22, deacon and September 12, ordained a priest by Bishop Crowther. Stationed at Onitsha, Niger [sic]. 1877, November 7, died at Onitsha. For 20 years connected with the Station; first as Scripture Reader, then as Schoolmaster and Catechist until ordination.
