Of Sierra Leone, West Africa. A Colony-born Christian, of Macco and Yoruba Tribes. At Grammar School and Fourah Bay College. A Catechist at Russell, Kent, and Hastings, Sierra Leone. 1859, May 15, deacon and 1863, March 15, ordained a priest by Bishop of Sierra Leone; and stationed at Hastings and York. 1867, transferred to the Native Pastorate, and stationed at York. 1878, to Kent. 1892, January 27, died at Sierra Leone. Brother of James Quaker.
