Krestos-Bézanä, or Mizan, Abba (of unknown date, probably pre-13th century A.D.), was a spiritual descendant of Abba Zä-Mika’él ‘Arägwi, founder of Däbrä Damo in the sixth century, and a spiritual ancestor of Abba Yohanni, abbot of the monastery in the first half of the thirteenth century.
