Schoolmaster at Regent’s Town, Gloucester, Kissey, Pademba Road, and Freetown; afterwards Schoolmaster and Assistant Teacher in the Training Institution at Ake, Abeokuta. 1865, February 5, deacon, and 1871, December 27, ordained a priest by Bishop of Sierra Leone. Pastor at Abeokuta. Formerly a devotee to the god Ijegi; but being rescued from a slave ship, was taught the Christian religion. 1885, April 3, died at Abeokuta.
